Please fill out the following forms and submit to Kevin@universityll.com or provide signed physical copies to your coaches.
1. Player Registration Form
2. Parent Code of Conduct
3. Little League Medical Release Form
4. Submit proof of age for Player
5. Submit proof of address for Player
League fees are as follow:
Tee Ball $60.00 per player
Coach Pitch $75.00 per player
Baseball and Softball (Juniors, Majors and Minors) $150 Per player $75.00 additional child in same price category.
This includes the following:
1. Insurance for player
2. Uniform Shirt, Hat (Parent is responsible for uniform pants and socks)
3. Little League Charter Fee
4. Trophy at end of Little League Season
5. Player and Team Picture basic package ( additional package is at parents cost ).
If Multiple Siblings are part of University Little League, additional siblings will be $75 each.
$50 Deposit per player, with opportunity to be refunded by volunteering to work 2 shifts in the snack bar.
$50 will be refunded once both shifts have been worked and the snack bar coordinator has signed off. (1 shift per game on different calendar days )
($50 Per Family if mulitple siblings are in the league, 2 shifts per child will have to be worked prior to being refunded the full $50) In the event no parents volunteer to work the snack bar for a home game, the entire team may forfeit snack bar deposit due to loss of revenue. This is applicable to all divisions.
Registration fees are due February 22, 2019. A late fee of $25 per child will apply if fees are turned in after February 22, 2019.
